of Upper Paxton Township/ Dauphin County
Know all men by thefe prefents, That we Peter Heckart, Michael Heckart, Abraham Snyder and Sebastian Spayd all of Mahonoy Township in the County of Northumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennfylvania, in the sum of two hundred Pounds, to be paid to the faid Commonwealth: To the which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourfelves, jointly and feverally, for and in the whole, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by thefe prefents. Sealed with our feals. Dated the Seventh day February in the year of our Lord one thoufand eight hundred.

The Condition of this Obligation is fuch, that if the above bonded Peter Heckart and Michael Heckart, administrators of all and fingular the goods, chattels and credits of John Heckart late of Mahonoy Township deceafed, to make or caufe to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and fingular the goods, chattels and credits of the faid deceafed, which have or fhall come to the hands , pofeffion or knowledge of them the faid Peter Heckart and Michael Heckart -- or unto the hands and poffeffion of any other perfon or perfons for them -- and the fame fo made do exhibit or caufe to be exhibited, into the Regifter's Office in the county of Northumberland, at or before the Seventh day of March next enfuing; and the fame goods, chattels and credits, and all other the goods, chattels and credits, of the faid deceafed, at time of his death, which at any time after fhall come to the hands or poffeffion of the faid Peter and Michael -- or into the hands or poffeffion of any other perfon or perfons for them do well and truly adminifter according to law. And further do make, or caufe to be made, a true and juft account of your faid adminiftration, at or before the Seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thoufand eight hundred and one, And all the reft and refidue of the faid goods, chattels and credits, which fhall be found remaining upon the faid adminiftrators account (the fame being firft examined and allowed of by the Orphans Court of the said County of Northumberland, fhall deliver and pay unto fuch perfon or perfons refpectively, as the faid Orphan, Court, by their decree or fentence, purfuant to the true intent and meaning of the feveral laws now in force in this Commonwealth, fhall limit and appoint. And if it fhall hereafter appear, that any last will and teftament was made by the faid deceafed, and the executor or executors therein named do exhibit the fame into the faid Regifter's Office, making requeft to have it allowed and approved accordingly: And if then the above bounded Peter Heckart and Michael Heckart being thereunto required, do render and deliver the faid letters of administration (approbation of fuch teftament being firft had and made in the faid Regifter's Office) then this obligation to be void and none effect, or elfe to remain in full force and virtue --
